We are located just one mile off Interstate 380 and 7 miles east of Waterloo. 2020 estimated population is 759.

- Resolution 2025-1646 authorizing payment of bills and transfers
- Approve September 15, 2025 regular council meeting
- Approval of the Consent Agenda – All items on the consent agenda will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a request is made prior to the time Council votes on the motion items

- Motion to Approve Resolution No. 2025-1648 - A Resolution to approve Change Order No. 8 to replace speed limit signs along Lafayette Rd. as well as the right curve ahead sign on the west end and the No Parking signs at a cost of $2,880.63
