We are located just one mile off Interstate 380 and 7 miles east of Waterloo. 2020 estimated population is 759.

• Accept and place on file the minutes and reports from the following Boards, Departments and Commissions (N/A=Not Available):  Clerk/Treasurer Report (August 2025), Receipts (September 2025), Sheriff’s Report (September 2025), Library, Building Inspection/Code Enforcement, Public Works
• Resolution 2025-1646 authorizing payment of bills and transfers
• Approve September 15, 2025 regular council meeting

• Motion to Approve Resolution No. 2025-1648 - A Resolution to approve Change Order No. 8 to replace speed limit signs along Lafayette Rd. as well as the right curve ahead sign on the west end and the No Parking signs at a cost of $2,880.63
