Ordinances

The following is an abbreviated list of some of the most commonly requested ordinances.  The city is in the process of recodifying the entire ordinance book.  Once completed, we will update this page to provide access.

Residents seeking for a variance from any of the city ordinances, should complete the variance application and send it, along with the variance application fee of $150, to City Hall.  The city clerk will review the application and coordinate scheduling a meeting of the Board of Adjustments to review and vote on the request.
